LEN JENKIN - Recent Paintings

Len Jenkin's paintings are mysterious narratives, the stories hidden and obvious at once. They often include language as well as images. He is a painter of internal landscapes, of the imagination, and of the American scene.

Jenkin is a painter and sculptor, who's also a playwright, screenwriter, and novelist. His visual art is influenced by a life in storytelling, stage design, and directing.

His work is in the permanent collection of the American Visionary Art Museum (AVAM) in Baltimore, MD as well as in private collections.

​

Recent solo shows at the Coney Island USA Art Annex, Brooklyn N.Y., Undermain Theater Gallery, Dallas, TX, and the Woodstock Museum of Art, Woodstock, N.Y.
